We have just completed a purchase contract for Lot 3, 8121 Consella Way! Our buyers are scheduled to close March, 13 2008. Our home under construction on lot 1, 8105 Consella Way is nearing completion. I have been told we can be ready to close by the end of February if we need to! Other factors considered, I expect the home to be ready my mid- March. It's a handsome, open floor plan and features hardwood floors throughout the downstairs. You may have noticed some activity on the street... Matt and Michelle have moved a few items into the house and look forward to getting settled.
We have lowered the price on lot 3- 8121 Consella Way by $20,000!!! We are all stunned this house hasn't sold so if you know a buyer please let us know!
Framing should begin on Lot 1 anytime now. We were told it would start this week but with the Christmas holiday fast approaching we all know how schedules can be.

The builder is in the process of obtaining permits for two newhomes to be built. We had a wonderful spring and sold standing inventory ahead of schedule leaving us in a hurry to get new homes designed and permited for construction.
Lot 1 will be approximately 2,100 heated square feet featuring 2 stories, 3BR's, 2.5BA's, large bonus and a 2 car garage. Estimated completion time will be late November to mid December.
Lot 5 is a pre-sale and will be a tradtional, 2 story home featuring 3BR's, 2.5

We will be hosting an After Hours Open House Wednesday, May 23 from 4:00-7:00PM. All are welcome as we will be serving dogs on the grill, all the fixin's and cold sodas and beers from the cooler.

8140 Consella Way is under contract and all set to close on Friday, March 2nd! We have also accepted a contract for a home to be constucted next door on lot 10. Please be sure to visit our sales center at lot 14 when you come to the neighborhood! We have added a few touches to make your visit a little more comfortable... We will be onsite every weekend for a few hours with all of the available homes unlocked for you to tour. For now Saturdays will be from 12-3:00PM and Sundays from 1-4:00PM.
