The builder is in the process of obtaining permits for two newhomes to be built. We had a wonderful spring and sold standing inventory ahead of schedule leaving us in a hurry to get new homes designed and permited for construction.
Lot 1 will be approximately 2,100 heated square feet featuring 2 stories, 3BR's, 2.5BA's, large bonus and a 2 car garage. Estimated completion time will be late November to mid December.
Lot 5 is a pre-sale and will be a tradtional, 2 story home featuring 3BR's, 2.5 BA's, bonus and a 2 car garage.
