We have just completed a purchase contract for Lot 3, 8121 Consella Way! Our buyers are scheduled to close March, 13 2008.
Our home under construction on lot 1, 8105 Consella Way is nearing completion. I have been told we can be ready to close by the end of February if we need to! Other factors considered, I expect the home to be ready my mid- March. It's a handsome, open floor plan and features hardwood floors throughout the downstairs.
