 | | Old Towne Developers, Inc. was formed in 2006 by two premier custom builders, Gene Kinsella and Robert Conroy. Encompassing over 45 years of home building and development between them with experience building in New York, South Carolina and now North Carolina.
Robert Conroy has experience with single jobs in excess and $7 million and is excited to be utilizing his past experience to offer Raleigh area residents high quality, affordable housing. His homes in Austin Pointe feature a number of high end upgrades typically only found in more expensive homes.
Robert's partner, Gene is the owner of Renco Construction Corp. formed in 1986. They have built custom homes in Long Island, Westchester, New York City and Southern Conneticut. Gene is currently involved in White Oak Golf & Equestrian Community in Tryon, NC.
Together, they have been featured in Architectural Digest and Hampton's Cottages and Gardens Magazine. Their long list of clientele has featured a number of television personalities, musicians and star athletes.
They established Old Towne Developers in the Raleigh, Durham real estate market for the same reason everyone else has, it's a wonderful place to be! Their goal is to build family homes featuring high quality construction and custom home features for a price a family can afford. They are intent on offering varying home styles and large yards in friendly communities.
